Sandrine Holt was born Sandrine Holt in London on the 19th of November 1972. The daughter of a Chinese father and her French mother. When she was just five the family relocated from the Chinese region to Canada. She was a catwalk model for a time in Paris and then became an actress. Annuka was her debut movie role. It was in Black Robe from 1991. Her nomination was for Canadian Oscar nominee for this role. Rapa Nui Risen in Paradise The Legend of Pocahontas as well as Dance with the Murderer were followed by guest appearances as well as Poltergeist The Uncanny Force & Outer Limits The Unknown Dimension. John Woo's The Thief saw her appear in 22 of the episodes. Starship Troopers 2 Hero of the Federation and Resident Evil Apocalypse followed in 2004. Then, in 2006 she received a more prominent series role on 24 Twenty Four. Twenty Four. Following guest appearances in the series as well as smaller roles in movies Holt was cast in a lead part in Hostages in 2013 and she played a minor role in the Netflix show House of Cards. The role she played was Julie Han, in the US remake The Returned (2015) and she was cast as Bethany Exner.
